What To Know Before Booking 

After booking your appointment, you will receive an invoice via email for a $30 new client deposit. Your appointment will be confirmed once the payment is received. If payment is not made within 24 hours, your appointment will be automatically canceled.

This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if you provide sufficient notice. However, deposits cannot be transferred if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up without notice (No Call, No Show).

May Booking Info

Pre-booking will open on April 13th @ 8:00 am and will close on April 18th at midnight. Booking day will open April 20th @ 8:00 am. Booking Day appointments are open to the public and are booked at no additional cost for May 2024.

Booking

Appointments are opened one month at a time. Pre-book opens the second Sunday of the month. There is a $20 non-refundable, transferable pre-book fee. Booking day opens on the third Sunday of the month at no additional cost. Each client should have their own profile. No one should be booked using another client’s profile. 

Cancellation/No Show/Late Arrival Policies

These are non-refundable fees. There is a $15 fee added to your checkout when you arrive 10 minutes late. It is mandatory that you contact the salon to communicate that you will be arriving late. Being 15 minutes late may result in your service being adjusted or canceled and you will have to reschedule. To avoid cancellation fees, cancel your appointment 24 hours before the day of your appointment. Canceling late will result in a $40 non-refundable late cancellation fee, that has to be paid the same day in order to book future appointments. Three consecutive late cancellations are an automatic $25 fee to book services. No Call No Show automatically closes your account from future appointment booking.

Product Returns or Exchanges

Visibly damaged products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase

Product Purchase

You may pre-purchase products and pick up in the salon by  4 pm.  An invoice will be sent to you, once the invoice is paid, you may stop by to pick it up.

Salon Rules (These rules are for ALL clients.)

  • You may not bring children/guests  to your appointment. Parents may wait for children who are being serviced.

  • I service children 7 and up.

  • No speakerphone conversations or videos. Please bring earphones.

  • No pets

  • Only clients who have appointments are allowed in the suites.

  • There will be complimentary waters and snacks available. No food with a loud smell is allowed in the suites.

  • Please only bring items you NEED in the salon, 1 bag.

  • Please limit your curse words.

  • Please ensure that your hair is taken down completely and detangled. If it takes more than 20 minutes to detangle, $10 is added for every 10 minutes after 20 minutes.

  • We have a 10 minute grace period. If I choose to take you after 10 minutes, there is a $15 fee and your appointment may be altered. 

  • Being more than 10 minutes late, may result in your appointment being rescheduled and there will be a $40 fee.

Pre-Booking starts

APRIL 13th at 8:00 am and ends APRIL 18th at midnight | This form is for APRIL 2025 Pre-book Only! | $20 per approved request (Non-refundable) 

Salon hours: Wed-Sat (9am-4pm).

Salon Closed: May 21-24 but May 19th, 20th and 25th will be available to book. You may reschedule appointments just as long as there is availability during the open booking months. Fill out each box below fully
